Efforts have been made over the recent years to try and narrow that gap that has long existed between some rescues and breeders. The reality is each desperately needs the other. When I first hit the net a long time ago, I tried to touch base with people all over the country. Prior to that, everyone only saw what they saw in their own area. Now we get communicate on a more nationwide basis. I certainly had no clue how large a problem it was with people abandoning their Boxers.

Kudos to that breeder for recognizing a need and doing their best to fulfil it. As a breeder I can tell you I have only grown from my association with rescues. I am sure they will too :)
