Is the tumor removed at this point? That is about all you can do. And with it being on her head, I don't think you can get wide margins. There is just not enough flesh there.
Susan can correct me if I am wrong, but giving her a daily Benadryl (or generic substitute) a day can help. Mast cells shrink back from antihistomine (sp?). Kind of holds them at bay in the earlier stages or if there is only mild activity.

I'm giving her Benadryl twice a day, per Susans suggestions...I'm giving her all the vitamins that she suggested , to boost Stella's immune system.
Since the margins were all clear, the mast cell disease is not systemic. Just keep an eye on the area for any recurrence. The vitamins and benadryl should help keep any further mast cell overactivity at bay. Stelly will be with you for a long time yet Nancy! Hugs all around.
