Just to let you all know, Zammi tore the ACL in his left rear leg and needed to have TPLO surgery.  This surgery was performed last Friday by Dr. Mike Bauer,
my trusted Orthopedist.  Zammi is doing well, with lots of message, ROM Therapy and Icing the area.  He has begun his 3-5 minute walks 3 times a day now.
He is beginning to Toe Touch on these walks.
He had a TPLO on his right rear leg a year ago in May with excellent results.  We feel these are both due to his Hip Dysplasia and how he uses his back end.  The prognosis on this one is very good, but he will be out of commission for at least 6 months. We will hopefully begin Hydro Therapy 2x's a week after his 6 week X-ray.
Keep my Big Guy in your thoughts for a good recovery.

Healing thoughts going out to Zammi from California !!!

A few years ago, Jake had to have TPLO surgery. He healed up so well I even showed him at 10 years old in Breed. Orthopedic specialists are wonderful these days.
