LOL--the Boxer this year in the Group is a "she". The Group at WKC is always filled with the top dogs in each breed. All are typically on the same level for show wins and ranking. So the judge now has a ring full of incredible dogs with incredible handlers and everyone very worthy of either the win or a placement.

But you only get 4 slots.............Not an easy decision for any judge. Boxers have traditionally done very well in the Working Group at WKC. As a bit of trivia over this year's winner, the Akita; she also won the Group last year. She is stunning.

The Boxer, Jasmine, is a fantastic team along with her handler Kimberlie. They had to get out of of a very nice breed ring with some lovely Boxers. This was her own back-to-back breed win from last year. Nothing to be ashamed of :)

Jasmine is indeed lovely! I was lucky enough to see her in person a few months back at the East Bay Boxer Club Specialty. Her handler Kimberlie is good, and together they make a great team!!

She really is a lovely girl.....

Jasmine has been specialed the past 2+ years. So it would be time to retire her to the whelping box. That makes sense :)
