My story..

Hello everyone my name is Ashley. Im 20 yrs old I live in Evansville, IN. I just bought my second BOXER (so excited).
My story... I previously had a boxer for eight years. My family and I had to put her to sleep 4 years ago (she had cancer) so my fiance (together for 5 years now) and I bought a house and I decided to get another puppy and we talked about what type and how big and different things like that, and we decided on another boxer..
Well my uncle got him from KY and he was mistreating him (you know a puppy always wants to play), well Butch (the puppy) jumped on the kids and scratched them (no biting) so he slammed him into the car breaking his leg. So my grandmother bought Butch from him and she isnt in good health to have a energetic pup so i bought him from her..  So everything kind of fell into place with recieving the pup that we wanted.. well now he is 6 months very healthy no problems with his leg very happy has 2 acres of yard to run.. (He doesnt have to worry about getting mistreated no longer.) We are a smilevery happy family.. now complete..

Glad you and butch have each  other.

Wish I had 2 acres for my dogs.  Please be sure to keep, ice in a cooler, for him when he is out.  Of course, I live in Texas and it may not get that hot where you live.

I have two boxers.  A female 14 years old and a male just turned 3.  He had a close call on Memorial Day at midnight.  He went into multiple seizures. After 2 trips to emergency clinic in the middle of the night, the next to our regular vet and a week at an animal hospital that specializes in extreme cases he recouped.

It was very scary and very expensive.  He is a member of our family and we couldn't even think about saying no!smile
