Well, about the only thing you can do is to find someone/someplace to house the puppy while you do a quick relocate to somewhere you are allowed to have a dog. I know you don't want to hear this, but bringing home a puppy to an apartment where you know you are not allowed to have dogs (despite others having them) was very irresponsible on your part. Now it is up to you to be responsible, either relocate immediately (finding a kennel or friend who can watch the puppy while you do) or learn a very difficult lesson and surrender the pup to the nearest Boxer Rescue.

Since you already knew your landlord did not allow dogs in your apartment complex, you have to now step up the responsibility. Tell your landlord you are looking for a new place to live and start hitting the local newspapers for a place that will allow you and your puppy to live.
There are many places that will simply require you pay a pet deposit up front. Then you can move to a dog friendly place and continue the committment towards your Boxer for years to come :)

I have to agree with both Susan and Christina, you already knew that no dogs were allowed.....I have been there and done that.... I was evicted from my first apartment, because I sneaked in a dog....'knowing' that I wasn't allowed to have one....I was in my early 20's at the time, LOL, and thought I could pull it off...NOT true. I moved to a rental house, that allowed dogs....
I would tell your landlord, that you are looking for a new place to live....like others have suggested.
Then you explain to your landlord that on May 1st you will be moving. They can't evict you any faster than that. You and your Boxer will be much happier in a place that allows you both to remain a family.
