I have a question. My boxer gets these growths on his snout. They are kind of white and he has a black mask. I was told that they were fatty deposits. They go away, but then grow back somewhere else a couple weeks later. I've never heard of fatty deposits. I have an appointment with a vet, but was wondering in anyone else has had to deal with these.
I think they sound more like pimples. A fatty tumor would never show up, disappear and come back again; as you have described. Pimples are not uncommon in Boxers since they tend to be messy eaters :)
