As many of you know, I moved the forum to this site when the old one was hacked and locked up by spammers. I tried to get the forum owners to help me, as I was actually paying for that site, but I could never get their attention. It got so bad, the board HTML was compromised and I could not even approve new members. So we moved here, all is great, and I have not looked back.

Today I got an email from them asking me to renew my annual membership fees for the board. I emailed them back explaining it was a bit too late and I was quite happy on another board. LOL--they responded by telling me I should have told them there was a problem so they could have helped me.

I swear, Customer Service just does not exist anymore. But I do know I like the forum here just fine :)
