I'm pleased to announce that Tanner got 2 Legs toward his
CD yesterday at the Pikes Peak Obedience Club Trials.
Zammi will be out of commission for at least 6 months recuperating from a TPLO on his leg rear leg this time.
So I dragged my old man out and he did me proud!!!

Thanks so much. Tanner is still "Evil" in the Ring, at times, and takes insidious pleasure in making me look like a fool!. He could probably go in the Ring by himself and just do what the Judge tells him to do. But, he does have a mind of his own.............
Zammi was so ready to compete toward his RAE and then the blown ACL.
I knew he'd have this Title by December. Hydro Therapy starts in 2 weeks.
This means that Pilot will probably come out in January and begin competing toward his Rally Novice.

I just love that you compete in Obedience and Rally with your boys Bev. Boxers aren't just beautiful they are supposed to be athletic! Anyone taking a boxer into the Obedience ring though, must have a major sense of humor... 'cause the dogs sure do and love making us look silly. WTG!!

Boxers are wonderful to train with, but can get easily bored with repitition. Tanner does it twice and sees no reason to do it again, if I insist he will usually ad his own variation.  LOL
We really have to mix up practice to keep them on their toes rather than having them becoming complacent.
Pilot will also be starting Agility in the Spring.  We are doing ground work now.
