A big hello to all.. I have been in here quite a bit for some researching & more researching. My family & I have wanted a Boxer for some years now. But we waited to make sure we could give a Boxer the attention & support it would need. I am a stay at home Mom of 3 children & 1 mix doggy boy (fixed) he is 8 months (his name is Koda). Well, we are the proud new parents of a gorgeous 4 month old, fawn fBoxer female. The previous owner had named her Bella (but it does not suit her) She has enriched all our hearts & home. And she will have a forever home with us. She is settling very nicely I have to say. She was using a crate but my husband doesn't like them. So she has to learn to potty train with full run of house. She is doing fantastic!! And both my doggy babies are getting along GREAT...They can't stop playing....Hee Hee And I can't wait to meet & talk to you all. You have all helped more then you know & I thank you so much..Also, here is a picture of our new girl, hope it goes thru ok...
A warm welcome. What name have you decided upon for you new little Girl. Crate training really is very good for the Puppers...

Thank you both for the warm welcome.. And as to the name Bella, well, to be honest it's a beautiful name but just does not seem to suit her personality. She is quite, very curious to everything. (My human daughter age 2 calls her Sassy, Not sure where she picked that up..) But Bella, is very talkative towards Koda, when they are playing. She hasn't even barked once yet. So, for now its Bella, unless something pops up. She doesn't seem to respond to that name either. As to the crate training, I do agree. Its sooooo much easier for puppies. But husband hates them, he feels like I am caging her up... But she is going out every 40-60mins, I say "go potty" and off she runs to the door & we walk around the yard with Koda. She has only had a couple accidents the first day & 1 today, that it!! I am sooo very proud of her...She is very smart cookie...
And don't worry, most Boxers respond to the name "cookie" above all others :)
LOLOL - that about sums it up!!!!!
