WE LOST OUR DEAR KATIE LAST NIGHT

Our Angel brindle rescue boxer Katie went to rainbow bridge last night.

We rescued her from the pound about seven years ago, and she brought so much joy to our lives.

We kissed her and hugged her and I thanked her for the million steps her little paws made on all her walks with me.

My husband hugged her and thanked her for all his 'face and head' lickings when he went to bed.  She used to actually pin him down!

We miss her so much, but she was suffering so............................she's frolicking and playing now with our two german shepherds and our poodles, at the bridge.

Katie AKA "DOOTIE"  you will be with us forever in our hearts and our family.

At times like this the only thing I can say is you have my warmest condolences. Just knowing what a wonderful life you gave your rescue girl should fill you with happiness through your sorrow.

My sincere sympathy. She and you were lucky to have found each other. It sounds as if she had a wonderful life with you.
She is now part of your hearts, and memories, so will never be truely gone.

I am so sorry about your loss. Run free Katie and play with all the other dogs waiting for all of us. Find Bacci, she is a sweetheart . Always remember that your memories will always be there! When Bacci first passed I bought a journal and just jotted down any little thing that came to mind that I remembered about Bacci. I left this on the coffee table for anyone to read and add too. It help all of us alot. It is wonderful to read a year later and in the years to come. I still add to it here and there. Wishing you the best!

So sorry for your loss but so happy for you and your family for the time you had to share with her and the admiration i have in you for your rescue. I bet you made her dreams come true and that as much as you and your family adored all she did for you she felt the same way.
