I want to wish everyone a happy and healthy New Year for 2009. I have had personal ups and lows. The country has had huge ups and lows this year. And I am sure everyone here has also had similar experiences. My prayers are with the country and every one of you for a better and more promising 2009.

American has a new beginning and a new president. While I do believe we have had some significant strides in some areas, I believe there is a huge amount of room for improvement. May 2009 find you in a happy place, a prosperous place and with several furry Boxer fur kids to snuggle with :)
