Can I give my Boxer over the counter Ibuprofin for his hip? He is 8 1/2 years old and has a bad hip from jumping our 8 foot fence too many timesno

Hello Guys i think that Ibuprofen is a anti-inflammatory drug used for treatment, high temperature decrease, and inflammation.Ibuprofen is used mainly for high temperature, discomfort and inflamation related illnesses such as arthritis.It is also used for pericarditis and certain ductus arteriosus.Thanks a lot!!
