Hi there every1 my name is Eugene & I from sunny South Africa, Johannesburg Gauten to be exact
I got my 1st female boxer 2 years ago on xmas day & will never look back & then I just had 2 get a friend for here & this xmas past I got the male, wat fun that was the best I could do. The best stress releve, I play with my Boxers
We did our 1st show 22Feb Gorilla the femal got 1st place & Buksie the male got 2 sins he did not stand still & the juge penelized me  but hy we had so mush fun that we are defenatly going to the next 1 in 2 months time

Welcome to Boxer Central! Good luck with your Boxer kids in the ring. How many points do you have to win for a Championship? What is the point breakdown versus amount of competing dogs?

Hi There

Well 2 be honest I dont really know sins this is new to me I love the obediance taining  more but this was fun & all I know is that I have 2 gather 12 points to be a champion where 4 of those point has to be away points
Gorila(bitch) came 1st of 4
Buksie(male)came 2nd of 3 whould have been 1st but the likte shshsh didnt 1 2 stand still & show off....nex time

I also have to get a thin choke chain, apparently it shows the neck more evectifly. I,m not a choker fan but I understand the reason 

The juge said to me that the only thing she saw was that there was not enuf meat on the front top lips of both but she thinks that the male will most probbebly grow in to his. it figer sins they had the same mom but different dads

Hy my male is 5months & is alredy a inch bigger than the 2year ould femal & now I'm wondering how big this pup is going to get. The dad was big & also he was the only pup the mom had....cant whait smile but is it normal?

I always 1derd if there is a photografer that could capture all the expresions a Boxer dog has & pot is on a callender..... wount that be nice?

What a wonderful Face..............
How old must your Boxer be before you can begin showing them in conformation?
In the USA, they must be at least 6 Months old and are usually shown in the Puppy Class.
Do you have different Class Divisions in which the Dogs or Bitches are shown?

I'm not a big fan of cutting the ears but geee thats a beautifull littel boxer Beverly

We are not alowd to cut the ears & the tail here in South Africa

Here it is I think
24-36 months Femal - 1st (exelint rating)
Laurel wreath Females - 2de
3-6 months male puppies -  2de

2 questions

Is it true that the American Boxer is a smaller dog compared to the German Boxer & also to the South African Boxer

Could some1 help me with info on this Hexagon Choke Chain Chrome - fine 24"L or where I could find it? sins the company where I got the name from does'nt ship to SA

How come you can cut the tail in the US. Here in SA we not alowd to from 2009
it has somthing to do with ballence & hip movement when they move mmmmmmm any way

Also is it tru that the US Boxer is a smaller dog compared to the German boxer? Aparently we in SA the Boxers tend to be the bigger the better like the German Boxer, but I would say thats the amarican way....so could some1 help me correctly here.

hmmsimpe lnfo The Dog in South Africa we tend to call "made in SA" is called a BOERBOEL.
Its a big short heard light brown Dog, but BIG think of a grate dane with lots of mussels & skin, or a overgrown fat fat boxer also has this slow I'm not really int to barcking but there you go bow........bow.....I'll bite you bro also known to bite the owners & children if not relay under full control from pup on or if its 1 of those owners that just has a back yard dogs
But in the right hand this is can be a realy beautifull dog

smile But nothing beats a boxer with that milion faces & endlis enegybiggrin
