Thanks, Christina.  He has definitely livened up our household.  Tanner, who I thought would teach him manners, is the one who plays with him and his toys.
Zammi, puts him in his place with those Shark Teeth.

Congrats... I didn't realize you were getting a new pup!  Are you planning on showing this guy?  He is a doll.  Care to share his story with us?  And of course we can't wait for pupdates!!

Pilot's Story......... You know I compete in OB.  Tanner will be 9 yo. in January and I will probably only compete with him this coming year and retire the Big Guy. Zammi will begin competing in January for his RN Title.  It takes me about 2 -3 years to really properly train these Guys and get them ready to compete with success. (Tanner completed his RE title in record time.  Got a leg every time he competed and placed every time but one and that time he came in 4th. Am I competitive??) With this in mind, I started putting out feelers this summer both in Canada and on the East Coast for a puppy.  Little did I know that Dusty Road's (Breeders and  Show Competitors who I know through both Dog Shows and CSKC) had a new Litter on the ground.  When I found out, I spoke to the Breeder/Owners and they invited me to see this Litter of seven. I chose Pilot, aka, Dusty Roads' Walk'in On Air and they agreed to let him go as a pet.  We will see how he develops and if I feel he is good enough for the Show Ring, I will Show him. They have left this option open with Registration to be determined.  Time will tell.  For now he's learning puppy manners from the Tanner and Zammi and growing up!
