update on Daisy
(Preview)
Just a quick update on Daisy. Everything is fine! She was really laid back ( as expected) last night and even this morning. Finally drank and ate this morning. Doesn't care for the cone around her head. She kept pawing at it (with her bad paw no less) so we settled with a sock over her wound and she is m...

Some bad news
(Preview)
I took Daisy to the vet today because we noticed a red bump on her toe. The vet checked it right away and said it was a mass cell. They will remove it tomorrow morning. She has only had it less than a week and it is only the size of my babay fingernail. The vet said we caught it real early and that it was good t...

Sorry it's been so long since I have posted on here. I have just been busy busy busy! Daisy is her normal hyper self. Haha! Actually she has calmed down a tiny bit. The squirells on the porch are driving her crazy and I am having a terrible time trying to get her to ignore them. She jumps on the slider d...

Fishy drama - Poor Aragon
(Preview)
I had a rather frightening thing happen this morning in Aragon's tank. He was darting around in a strange fashion. And would not eat his breakfast. Typically a fish acting like that means there is too much ammonia in their tank. The ammonia "burns" them. I had tested the water only a few days...
